Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

As our products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers, the estimated delivery time for orders within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is typically 10–20 business days. Most orders arrive within approximately 2 weeks, but delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, courier operations, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available). Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or delivery confirmation. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or issue a refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
